Service Quality Management Policy
In Telat we provide services as a Contact Center, with the appropriate characteristics to satisfy our clients’ needs and expectations.
We adhere to all legal and relevant requirements for our campaigns, services, and operations, while continuously enhancing our Quality Management System and services.
Information Security Management Policy
In Telat, we ensure the adequate integrity, availability and confidentiality of all relevant information owned by Telat, its employees and business partners, including the protection of their personal data, to guarantee relevant entities that all information security risks are continuously controlled.
We ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and information security requirements, while continuously enhancing our information security management system.
Business Continuity Management Policy
In Telat, We maintain the continuity of our operation as a Contact Center to ensure the satisfaction of all contractual requirements agreed with our clients, our prestige and competitiveness
We proactively prevent disruptions in our operations and maintain robust response procedures, capabilities, and structures to ensure our business is well-prepared and responds effectively and promptly when disruptions occur. This includes the ability to continue operations when feasible and ensure rapid recovery of information and operational stability.
Upper-Management ensures the availability and sufficiency of all necessary resources for the effective operation of the business continuity management system.
We comply with related legal and other applicable requirements. By continually improving our business continuity management system.
Anti-Bribery Management Policy
In Telat we provide our services as a Contact Center, by carrying out all our internal processes and our interactions with both internal and external entities, with ethical values,, respect and compliance with the law, as well as zero tolerance for acts of bribery, which are prohibited in our company.
We demand from all our managers, employees, clients, suppliers and contractors their commitment to effectively prevent, detect and act against bribery. Including compliance with all legal and contractual requirements, applicable to Telat and its personnel, as well as those established by our anti-bribery management system
Our Chief Financial Officer directs and controls the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of this management system. She has all the authority and independence assigned by our CEO to ensure the effectiveness of the anti-bribery compliance function.
All our employees and business partners have the right, obligation and responsibility to report cases of bribery, or suspicions, as well as to raise concerns in good faith or based on a reasonable belief. To support this, Telat have contracted an independent anonymous complaint service via email.
With this email address any employee, client, user or business partner can also request help, advice or information to resolve concerns related to bribery or other forms of corruption related to Telat.
All inquiries received and reports of cases or suspicions of bribery submitted to this mailbox will be reviewed and analyzed by experts in the field. An investigation will be conducted with appropriate attention, so that whoever submits an inquiry or complaint can have the absolute confidence that will be reported in an anonymous manner, treated with absolute confidentiality and guaranteed that there is no retaliation of any type.
Failure to comply with this anti-bribery policy by any of our employees or business partners will lead to disciplinary sanctions and even termination of the contractual relationship.

Personal Data Security Management System Policy
Telat wants to protect all our employees, clients, and suppliers' privacy, from the moment of the gathering and during the treatment of personal data, including its access, handling, use, referral, transference, disclosure, or storage, until its deposition or elimination by any means.
We prevent the violation of the personal data we handle and we keep data security risks related to the treatment of this information at acceptable levels.
We comply strictly with all the legal and regulatory requirements applicable and contained in the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individuals and its Regulation, with the best international practices and the contractual agreements established with our business partners about personal data protection.
All our executive, operative, and administrative processes are made in compliance with the legality, consent, information, quality, aims, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility principles, intended on the legal and regulatory applicable requirements.
To comply with these principles, as well as other duties and obligations established on the applicable normative, we handle personal data with strict attachment and compliance to the disposed on Mexican legislation and international rights, obtaining the consent of the owners for the treatment of their personal data, after sharing with the owner the related information to the means of the handling of their personal data through our privacy notices.
Furthermore, we assure all personal data handled is exact, complete, pertinent, correct and actualized according to what is required for the compliance of the purpose of usage. This purpose will be the guiding principle and the only way we will treat their personal data.
We handle only the minimum necessary personal data, ensuring it is appropriate, relevant, and aligned with the protection of the owner's interests, while prioritizing and continuously monitoring their reasonable expectation of privacy at all times.
We protect and answer for the treatment of personal data under Telat’s custody and possession, or for those that have been communicated to a commissioned party, or if it is found in Mexican or foreign territory.
For the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Personal Data Security Management System Policy, we identify the executive, operative and administrative processes inside the company that handle personal data. We make an inventory of personal data, as well as a risk and breach analysis for each one of them. We identify, implement the necessary physical administrative and technological measures to keep the security risks at acceptable levels. We identify and document the adequate procedures for the treatment of personal data, including all the necessary for the attention of the requests made by the execution of ARCO rights and Removal of Consent.
We comply with the applicable good practices recommended by the INAI and other regulatory and technical authorities renowned on a national and international level, continuously improving our Personal Data Security Management System.
